	AGENTS
		Dave Zeller, a fourth generation insurance agent, joined the InsuranCenter team in November 2003. He brings 30 years experience in life & health and property & casualty insurance to the Agency. Dave's knowledge of insurance and his professionalism are great assets to the InsuranCenter.
		Ron Ott started his career with the InsuranCenter in 1997. He is a full service producer writing group and individual life & health, as well as personal and commercial lines of property & casualty.
		Ruth Ward has been with the InsuranCenter since 1998, when she joined the team as a property & casualty producer, specializing in personal lines accounts. She has been a licensed property & casualty agent since 1983 and achieved her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 1989.
		Marilyn Siegert recently joined the InsuranCenter as a Producer bringing with her over 36 years of insurance and benefits experience from the human resource industry. She is licensed in life, accident, health, and property and casualty insurance. She is well-versed in 401k rollovers and can readily assess insurance and/or annuity needs.
	MANAGERS
		Debbie Wardman started with the InsuranCenter in 1986 as a Customer Service Agent. She went on to assume the duties of bookkeeper and Human Resources Manager. Debbie holds a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)designation, property & casualty and life & health licenses, and has been in the insurance industry for 33 years
		Mary Kollen has been ICA ’s Claims Manager for the past 9 years and is licensed in property & casualty and life & health. She also holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She has 20 years experience in the insurance field, having joined the InsuranCenter team in February 1991 as a Customer Service Agent.
		Donna Tucker joined the InsuranCenter team in 1990 as a personal lines customer service representative, moving to the position of commercial lines customer service representative. She was later named Property & Casualty Division Manager, and in 2003 was appointed to Office Manager. Donna has 22 years experience in the insurance industry, is licensed in both property & casualty and life & health, and holds the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
	CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS
		Sandi Bedford has been with InsuranCenter since March of 2000, beginning her career as a Customer Service Representative. In 2002, she obtained her property & casualty license, life & health license and became a Customer Service Agent. She holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations and in 2005, she was named Senior Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent. She is primarily responsible for servicing commercial and personal lines accounts.
		Patricia Divney joined the InsuranCenter in September 2006 as a Customer Service Representative. She brings with her over 5 years of insurance experience as an Underwriter for a major insurance company. She is primarily responsible for servicing commercial and personal lines accounts. Patricia and her family recently relocated to Alpena and are happy to be back in their hometown in Northern Michigan.
		Stacee Martin began her career with InsuranCenter in August of 1999 as a receptionist. She became a CSA in 2002 and was named Senior Personal Lines Customer Service Agent in 2005. She is responsible for servicing personal lines clients and their policies and is the voice of the agency's "Message On Hold". Stacee is licensed in both property & casualty and life & health, and holds the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
		Stacy Roznowski began her career at the InsuranCenter in 2002 as the receptionist and is now a Customer Service Agent. She is primarily responsible for the service of personal lines accounts and is licensed in property & casualty and holds the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
		Sheri Grzeskowiak has been with ICA for five years and serves as a Customer Service Agent. She is responsible for assisting agents with issues that arise on a daily basis with their groups, provides quotes, assists with renewals and MCS processing, is largely responsible for departmental research and the compilation of information and oversees and processes group cancellations.
		Jan Misiak joined ICA in October of 2004 and is the Executive Assistant to both Sandy Grant and Richard Spencer. She is also responsible for routing payments received to Blue Cross, assists with MCS processing, quoting and renewals, monitoring commissions and Agent of Record letters, as well as assisting agents as needed on a day-to-day basis.
	RECEPTIONIST
		Melissa Pahlkotter has joined our ICA team as receptionist in of June 2006. She is the cheerful voice that greets you on the phone and the friendly smile you see at the front desk upon entering our building. In addition to assisting customers, she is responsible for logging in payments and keeping track of the entire ICA staff.
	IMAGING TECHNICIAN
		Judy Deutschel joined the InsuranCenter team in 2000 in the Blue Cross department doing clerical work. She is presently the Agency’s Imaging Technician and is responsible for scanning documents and pictures for attachment to clients’ files. She also processes incoming and outgoing mail.
	PROPERTY INSPECTOR
		Don Grzeskowiak has been an integral part of InsuranCenter since 2002. He is the property inspector for both our residential and commercial lines.
